1. Processing Time
All orders require 2–5 business days for handling, quality inspection and packaging prior to dispatch. Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
2. Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days
Express Shipping: 5–12 business days

3. Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $20. Orders below this amount will be charged standard shipping fees displayed at checkout.
4. Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees applicable once the package arrives in your country.
5. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, recipient refusal or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer shall bear the cost for reshipping.
