1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days after the delivery date. To qualify for return:
- Press-on nail sets must be unused, undamaged and kept in their original packaging
- All tags, accessories and application tools must remain intact
- Customized / personalized nail products are NOT eligible for return or exchange
2. How to Start a Return
Please contact our support email first to obtain a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. You will receive return shipping instructions once your request is approved.
3. Shipping Fees
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives defective or we shipped the incorrect product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Damaged & Defective Items
If your nail sets arrive broken or defective, please send clear photos within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
